I would not recommend using this company for an inspection service. When I purchased our home our real estate agent set up the inspection. We where not present during the inspection unfortunately. After purchasing our house, issues became apparent and over the years I have spent $150,000 fixing mold issues, electrical issues and asbestos which was in the flooring. Most things where easy to spot which was the worst, I had called to complain and they reminded me that they have a wavier that waives anything coming back at them. In the future I will hire a real plumber, electrician etc to come and view the property. What a waste of money and I am out so much due to this
